Returns Policy

 

Sometimes it’s not a bad thing to be insecure. For example, we here at goodr are desperately trying to fill the emotional hole in our hearts with love from our customers. We really want you to love us. Please love us. We need this.

As part of our desperate cry for attention, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased. We want you to talk us up to all your friends (who you should totally introduce us to). To help get you there we offer a 7-day return/exchange period on all items ordered on goodr.asia with the following caveats:

  • Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged (exceptions to damage from bear attacks made on a case-by-case basis)
  • Warranty runs from the original purchase date
  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e. goodr.asia)

TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT:

  1. If your item(s) meets the criteria above, visit the Return Center and have the following ready:
    —order number 
    —email address used at the time of purchase
  2. You will be issued a prepaid shipping label to print out and send back the pair you would like to return. Please get those sent back ASAP (within 7 days) to avoid the label being canceled.
  3. You will also be issued Carl’s Instant Kickback immediately upon shipping your return if you wish to shop again, which we hope you do.
    If you use Carl’s Instant Kickback and don’t send back your return, you will be charged… don’t make us be that guy, we don’t want to be that guy.

Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to clear.

Remember, any original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.

Unfortunately, we do not currently cover the shipping costs for a single exchanged pair of goodrs.

We do NOT currently accept returns or exchanges on any international orders. All International sales are final.
