RETURN POLICY

Goodr Asia Return Policy

(aka: Please Love Us, But Also Play Fair)

Listen, we want you to be 100% obsessed with your Goodrs. Like, tell‑all‑your‑friends obsessed. But sometimes you change your mind. We get it. We do that too (we once broke up with a houseplant). So here’s how returns and cancellations work in our weird little world:

Returns & Exchanges (aka: “These shades aren’t my spirit animal”)

  • You’ve got 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, undamaged.
    • Exception: bear attacks. We’ll consider those case‑by‑case.
  • Warranty coverage starts from the original purchase date.
  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated from the original point of sale (goodr.asia).
  • Original shipping charges are not included in refunds.
  • Customers cover return shipping costs for exchanges.
  • International orders = final sale. No returns, no exchanges, no take‑backs.
    Additional:
  • You get two free passes to return orders because of change‑of‑mind or other non‑manufacturing reasons.
  • After that? Each extra return/exchange= $10 admin fee.
  • Cancellations only count if you request them within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable (unless we haven't shipped them yet).
    • If your order had “free shipping,” we’ll charge the usual $2.20 standard shipping fee.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to the total item value.
  • Return shipping costs? That’s on you, friend.

Cancellations (aka: “Oops, I didn’t mean to click buy… again”)

  • You get two free passes to cancel orders because of change‑of‑mind or other non‑manufacturing reasons.
  • After that? Each extra cancellation = 5% restocking fee
  • Cancellations only count if you request them within 24 hours of purchase. This is because the payment system and banks usually charges transaction fees regardless if you cancel them.
  • Shipping Fees will be refunded within cancelation period.

Refunds (aka: “Show me the money… eventually”)

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting all applicable fees (shipping, restocking, cancellation).
  • The balance will be sent back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to clear.
