You bet. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Carl takes a fine look at the returns we get, so once he's done that, we can restock your shades and issue your refund. He's a busy bird, so the sooner you get 'em in, the sooner you get your monies.
What items are returnable?
Most things. As long as it wasn't marked as non-refundable, was a free gift (come on now), and is unused and in it's original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
Not a lot, but items marked as '40% off', 'final sale only', 'non-refundable', or items that were free gifts cannot be returned. Used/worn items or items without their original packaging will not be refunded.
