Carl takes a fine look at the returns we get, so once he's done that, we can restock your shades and issue your refund. He's a busy bird, so the sooner you get 'em in, the sooner you get your monies. Although, you may receive them within 10 working days, those banks have different processing time.
Most things within 7-day period. As long as it wasn't marked as non-refundable, was a free gift (come on now), and is unused and in it's original packaging.
Not a lot, but items marked as '40% off', 'final sale only', 'non-refundable', or items that were free gifts cannot be returned. Used/worn items or items without their original packaging will not be refunded.
